Work on the SPEC,pictures or the original samples received from customer carefully,detailed understand the style with correct material,yarn count and weaving.

Confirm Demand

Technican calculate the technics,test the swatch to match the pattern and check the style.Talk and solve the problem exist to make the right sample.

Design Confirmation

Send design draft to customer,double confirm the texture,style to proceed sample.

Sample Comments

Ask the comments of the first proto,revise the technics and improve the sample based on the suggestion that received.

Top Sample Approval

Make production sample with correct color and material,make sure the size of final products match the SPEC confirmed,send for approval so the production can be proceeded.

Bulk Production

Ensure the color,material and patterns are correct for production,schedule the production of each step to assure the inspection and delivery date on time.

RAW MATERIAL

The raw material we selected is from Inner Mongolia,it is very fine and thin layer fiber on the hair roots of the goat,who lives in area above 4,000 meters sea level with temperatures fluctuating between 30-40 degress celsius and 6 months of severe winter.The fineness and length of the fiber are our most important indicators to evaluate its quality.Different grade will be sorted at our raw material warehouse to ensure the high quality and help to maintain the consistent products.

SPINNING

Process from cleaned raw material to the yarn in various colors and customized yarn count by advanced spinning machine.Color accuracy and fastness,stable yarn count are the most important point during this process.

WOVEN

Yarn to fine,sturdy,richly and correct textured fabrics with sophisticated weaving technology by using advance looms or jacquard machine.Every roll of the finished cloth must be inspected and reapaired if needed for further high qaulaity products.

KNITTING

Another way from yarn to final products with panel knitting and linking.With the upgrading of the machine,seamless one piece garment can be produced widely in various patterns.Also it is the best way for luxury hat and gloves.

QUALITY INSPECTION

It is the process throughout the whole production,from content approval,yarn count and quality confirmation,fabric weaving or knitting,pattern checking,washing and ironing to final labeling and packing,every step is the basis of final high quality and perfect products.
